In her role as Interim Head of Marketing, Lorita Ba is responsible for leading NuoDB’s global marketing efforts. She has spent more than 17 years advising on, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive visibility, pipeline growth, and market credibility for early-, mid- and late-stage technology companies.
Most recently, Lorita served as Director of Marketing at TwinStrata (prior to and following its acquisition by EMC), where she redirected marketing efforts toward a repeatable sales pattern that combined awareness, lead generation, product marketing, strategic partner management, and digital marketing into a cohesive strategy.
Prior to TwinStrata, Lorita served as Marketing Communications Director at Kalido, where she had primary responsibility for global communications strategy. In addition to driving the company’s social media entry, Lorita established a strong reputation for Kalido among the media and analyst communities and was critical to the migration to an integrated marketing approach. Previously, Lorita spent six years at public relations agencies Horn Group and Lois Paul & Partners where she served as lead counsel to enterprise software companies on corporate communications, public relations, messaging and strategy.
Lorita holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
